    Default Tips for Making Yourself Happy

    Sometimes I find myself in a very irrationally irritated mood. It has nothing to do with anything specifically, its everything. Its people, life, rules, trends, egos, time, restrictions, changes, expectations, brains, preferences, society, animals, walls. You get the idea.

    Its feels restricting, and somewhat self caging. During these times, if you experience irritation, how do you bring yourself back to your happy place?

    And don't say meditation!

    Sex. Preferably sex then a snack then a nap.
    I like to rock n' roll all night and *part* of every day. I usually have errands... I can only rock from like 1-3.

    yelling at someone (deserving) tends to make me quite happy

    also smiling... it actually fools people into thinking that they're happy when they aren't

    yelling at someone who has it coming is definitely something cheerful though

    Haha! I was just sitting here with a forced smile, reading my computer and TK looks over at me with the most puzzeled look on his face...."What?"

    If I can express it- express it. Go on an epic rant, try to think of the funniest way of saying it while also pointing to how overblown it is.

    But there comes a point where you have to just let it come-- let it defeat you. Then you calm down. I used to get so irritated at certain things I'd take my fingernails & claw them down the inner part of my arm while gritting my teeth just to keep from screaming. bad scene
