    Default going to sleep bit too soon = waking waay too soon

    anyone else have this problem? few days i have gone to bed like 3-5am, and last night i went to sleep at around 12, and woke up after 2 hours and couldnt sleep anymore. its like taking a nap.. now its 3:30 am and i cant sleep.. this happens to me about every time i go sleep more than 2-3 hours than i got used to, even if im tired when i go to sleep..

    I used to have this problem a lot. I'm more accustomed to going to bed around 2 or 3 am. And if I go to bed around 10 to 12, then I wake up around 2 or 3. It's ridiculous. Don't know why.

    Lately, however, this hasn't been a problem anymore.
