    Ok, fine. I don't know what you would call it but Minneapolis, Seattle, Nashville, Budapest, Paris all seem really different to me. Maybe I meant the culture?

    There are the passive aggressive type but people often forget about the aggressive passive ones...

    I was agreeing with you. The vibe of Budapest is a bit sleepy and depressed to me.. but loved the city.
