Default What you've learned about the theory of personalities in the last 6 months?

    I've learned, that
-personalities exist, but they don't matter much
-situational issues matter more than personality
-a greater reward can be had from doing, experiencing and embracing the reality, as compared to non-involvement and analysis

    What's yours?

I've learned ENTJs like to list and involve a discussion about what they have learned about themselves every so often. I'm quite serious, this seems to be a recurring theme.

And that a person shouldn't apply psychological theory to people with personality disorders.

I don't have to identify with other ENFPs to be one.
I was sitting outside the classroom waiting to go in, and I saw an airplane hit the tower. The TV was obviously on. I used to fly myself and I said, "There's one terrible pilot."

If you don't agree about my MBTI type, you can complain about it here. I've had plenty of people telling me I'm something else, in my reputation box. That's annoying.

that it's nearly useless self-wankery but I'm still compelled to think about it way too often.

I've learned there's good one-liners to be made in discussion of fruitless theories.
If a deaf INFP falls in the forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?
