Also, synapse - if you are addressing the actual condition of synesthesia, than the first three examples (pictures) aren't all that representative of a synesthetic experience...

"synesthesia" does, however, have a different definition in terms of art vs. neurology. so in artistic terms, sure.

Yes I just googled the word and placed images that may be representative. You are very correct in that the experiences of synesthesia aren't representative enough in art form as much as through the rest of the senses.

The whole body is a huge sensor. The question is just how aware you are of it being impacted with information continually.
