Lulz, you INTJs take yourselves far too seriously.

It's all about the eyes, and eye contact.

Totally subjective.

Sometimes you like what you see, sometimes you don't.

Also, it's highly mood dependent, i.e. your mood reflects what you project and perceive.

-Cheers

I don't like being insincere, and I hate showing my emotions... But I can make a powerful sad face.

You make that face?

IMO, your eyes are so pregnant with sincere sadness.

Kinda makes me want to hold you...

If someone with a really sad face came up to you and asked you for help would you refuse?

Both. I didn't go out of my way to make an effective sympathy getting face, it just happens. I didn't even realize it until college. In English 102, my professor, who I had for English 101, jokingly said I wasn't allowed to make that face in 102. That was the first time it was brought to my attention.

Errm... okay.

Most likely not, but I cannot help everyone.

And only if they were sincerely sad, and what they were asking of/from me was within reason.

And the whole thing requires you to tell if they are sincere or not. You say you can tell by the eyes. There is a way to make the eyes look sad. It requires the technique of visualization.
Anyways, I don't usually deceive people with different expressions. It was an experiment to see the different reactions of people. I would probably see if I can use it if I end up in a really bad situation.

OP, you might be on to something.

 works wonders, I have used it in airports around the world to get what I want. Particularly effective when you're surrounded by dozens of other passengers, all of whom are wearing their best .

Absolutely. The sad face expression is always an easy way out. Short-cuts of life and play your cards of life right and you'll be fantastic. 'course there is always the question of ethical stance upon such masks.
