Meh. Tired, okay-ish. If there's even a hint of creativity involved, I might like it.

Making house calls to the elderly as a registered nurse
I'd have a headache for having to put up with those people.

Preparing meals from a large menu in a lunch restaurant
Tired from heat and physical labor, happy for the variety of tastes created

Building customized computers for game enthusiasts
I'd be happy for having created awesome gaming rigs from new technology.

Finding buyers and sellers for apartments as real estate broker
Excited for the prestige of selling valuable property, unhappy for the hard sales I'd go for.

Helping people to apply for unemployment aid and managing their applications
Tired and sad, affected by people who feel beaten.

Preparing lithographic printing plates in a design art shop
Irritated for having had to concentrate so much on things I don't easily do well.

Helping people on exercise techniques and sport equipment at a gym
Happy, people are there to enjoy, and I get to tell how they do it with better results

No thanks, programming is not for me, I'm not good at it or enjoy it.

Making house calls to the elderly as a registered nurse
Horrifying. Talking to strangers + old people + death = not for me.

Preparing meals from a large menu in a lunch restaurant
This could be fun, especially if I got to design my own meals instead of just following recipes.

Building customized computers for game enthusiasts
Meh, not my thing but it'd be ok I guess.

Finding buyers and sellers for apartments as real estate broker
I would hate the extroversion and I'd be bad at it.

Helping people to apply for unemployment aid and managing their applications
Not at all my thing.

Preparing lithographic printing plates in a design art shop
Not sure what this would entail so I guess it'd be ok.

Helping people on exercise techniques and sport equipment at a gym
Not for me, again with the strangers thing.

There seems to be a lot of 'extroverted' options? I guess that's what society is like though....

Fun! I could do that. Well, as long as it was...interesting.

Making house calls to the elderly as a registered nurse
Old people? I would probably be overly energized at the end of the day.

Preparing meals from a large menu in a lunch restaurant
I would be sick of food, but this sounds fun. I would be happy.

Building customized computers for game enthusiasts
I would be pretty happy, because I was able to find creative solutions.

Finding buyers and sellers for apartments as real estate broker
It depends on how difficult the people are. I could do that.

Helping people to apply for unemployment aid and managing their applications
I would be annoyed.

Preparing lithographic printing plates in a design art shop
Eh. I don't think I would enjoy that for eight hours.

Helping people on exercise techniques and sport equipment at a gym
I would be bored doing that. Not so happy.

8 hour day.

Fabricating metal parts with programmable machinery
Wouldn't mind to much, don't mind getting my hands dirty.

Making house calls to the elderly as a registered nurse
I wouldn't mind doing this, old people are cool and often forgotten about. They tell some excellent life stories.

Preparing meals from a large menu in a lunch restaurant
I can't cook so No.

Building customized computers for game enthusiasts
Not my cup of tea.

Finding buyers and sellers for apartments as real estate broker
Boring

Helping people to apply for unemployment aid and managing their applications
Yes, trying to get a job in that field at the moment.

Preparing lithographic printing plates in a design art shop
Repetitive and boring

Helping people on exercise techniques and sport equipment at a gym
Boring

This has been fun, thanks. :)

:D Thank you. I guess there's a lot of relation between personality and job people enjoy. One of the best personality tests I made was related to finding out suitability to a job. It didn't ask questions like these though, but normal personality test sort of questions.

8 hour day.

Fabricating metal parts with programmable machinery
I'd find the programmable part interesting; the fabrication, less so.

Making house calls to the elderly as a registered nurse
I'd enjoy it. For many elderly, loneliness is much more agonizing than any physical ailment.

Preparing meals from a large menu in a lunch restaurant
Eh. I don't buy into the notion of 'baking' the essence of one's personality into the character of their cuisine.

Building customized computers for game enthusiasts
Awesome.

Finding buyers and sellers for apartments as real estate broker
Interesting. I'd enjoy reconciling consumer desire with the practicalities of what was available/affordable.

Helping people to apply for unemployment aid and managing their applications
Tedious.

Preparing lithographic printing plates in a design art shop
Uninspiring.

Helping people on exercise techniques and sport equipment at a gym
Enjoyable. Physical fitness is an important part of life.

I don't like factories but I'd be ok with this, I'd probably be just tired and a little alienated in the marxist sense...

Making house calls to the elderly as a registered nurse
Really, I wouldn't last 8 hours making phone calls, whatever the reason is...

Preparing meals from a large menu in a lunch restaurant
Cool! I'd feel great with this. Useful work, tangible result. If I knew how to cook, that is.

Building customized computers for game enthusiasts
SuperCool! Mine! I'm actually searching for something like this.

Finding buyers and sellers for apartments as real estate broker
I think I've already crystal-cleared that I don't want to bother with people in my job, and I would feel like vomited shit if I had to do it on the damn phone...

Helping people to apply for unemployment aid and managing their applications
This seems ok though... maybe because there's a point to it and I'm not just calling random people like in the other jobs... I'd feel drained for the social interaction but satisfied because it would be worth it.

Preparing lithographic printing plates in a design art shop
I'm really not the artist type... feeling very out of place and incompetent...

Helping people on exercise techniques and sport equipment at a gym
Sux. Maybe even worse than the phone. Wouldn't last a min. Gr8 b4d feelings of embarassment & inadequacy.

Really? I tried to make the options presentable of occupations in the western world. I think 3 of them can be quite introverted, 4 extroverted and one ambivalent.

Fabricating metal parts with programmable machinery I'd like the programming part.

Making house calls to the elderly as a registered nurse No. Not my thing.

Preparing meals from a large menu in a lunch restaurant Love it. I love to cook and I'm very accustomed to cooking in large amounts at home.

Building customized computers for game enthusiasts I would enjoy this very much.

Finding buyers and sellers for apartments as real estate broker I'm not a great sales person. I could do it but I wouldn't enjoy it.

Helping people to apply for unemployment aid and managing their applications I can see it being exhausting with all the interaction.

Preparing lithographic printing plates in a design art shop I'm not sure. I think it would be boring.

Helping people on exercise techniques and sport equipment at a gym No

I wouldn't like this/be able to do it at all.

Making house calls to the elderly as a registered nurse

Hell no. I'm terrible at this sort of thing.

Preparing meals from a large menu in a lunch restaurant

Tolerable, but not my cup of tea.

Building customized computers for game enthusiasts

No thanks.

Finding buyers and sellers for apartments as real estate broker

I might possibly enjoy this, but I would be pretty stressed out.

Helping people to apply for unemployment aid and managing their applications

I'd feel very good about this, but might be stressed out.

Preparing lithographic printing plates in a design art shop

Might be alright.

Helping people on exercise techniques and sport equipment at a gym

I'd love to do this if I knew what I was doing, and if I were in shape myself.

Making house calls to the elderly as a registered nurse

Uhm.. I don't think.. I'd get kicked out? .. immediately? :hide:

Preparing meals from a large menu in a lunch restaurant

Mechanical work. I could daydream while doing this.

Building customized computers for game enthusiasts

:) This would definitely be my cup of tea.

Finding buyers and sellers for apartments as real estate broker

This one I'd probably be bad at. The whole finding the buyers part.

Helping people to apply for unemployment aid and managing their applications

I would be really good at this, but I would hate my job.

Preparing lithographic printing plates in a design art shop

:) I think I could do this!

Helping people on exercise techniques and sport equipment at a gym

I would totally own at this job!

I work in this industry!!! I'm not a machinist, but I'm around it plenty. How good you are is going to be related to the quality of programming software/tools you have. I think it wouldn't be so bad.

Making house calls to the elderly as a registered nurse

I wouldn't do well at this.

Preparing meals from a large menu in a lunch restaurant

I've worked in the food service industry and this isn't as imposing as it seems. Give it a month or two to learn the menu and the tricks of the trade, get your system down, and it goes smoothly.

Building customized computers for game enthusiasts

I wouldn't mind doing this either, though the redundancy would eventually settle in if that is ALL you did.

Finding buyers and sellers for apartments as real estate broker

I'm not good at cold calls/marketing, etc so I wouldn't fit well in this job.

Helping people to apply for unemployment aid and managing their applications

Again, no... I tend to see the worst in people and not the best.

Preparing lithographic printing plates in a design art shop

This would be extremely redundant if I weren't involved in the creative process.

Helping people on exercise techniques and sport equipment at a gym

I am helpful to people but the gym is not my natural environment.

Indifferent. I could do that job, no problem. Would be mildly interesting at first, but get a little dull after I figured it out. Definitely better than flipping burgers or working in a warehouse, though.
Making house calls to the elderly as a registered nurse

 I'd... SO rather not do that. I can't stand hospitals or sick people.
Preparing meals from a large menu in a lunch restaurant

Mildly tired. This isn't the kind of job I'd like, but it's something I could make myself do if I had to.
Building customized computers for game enthusiasts

Stimulated. This could actually feed my creativity, give me something to research and an application for it. Seems like a darn good job, if you can make money at it.
Finding buyers and sellers for apartments as real estate broker

Very tired and self-conscious. Selling things to people is exhausting.
Helping people to apply for unemployment aid and managing their applications

Bored and frustrated. Another job I could make myself do, I guess, but not desirable.
Preparing lithographic printing plates in a design art shop

Indifferent. Seems like it could be interesting at first, but would quickly get repetitive.
Helping people on exercise techniques and sport equipment at a gym

Bored and a little grossed out. Eh, I don't like bodies, but if I'm getting paid, I can deal with it.

I would likely enjoy the programming part, but the fabrication would probably bore me - *unless* it was something that it was possible for an operator to substantially increase the efficiency or speed of the operation. But simple button-mashing? No thanks.

Making house calls to the elderly as a registered nurse
Assuming that the elderly folks in question are strangers, no thanks. I'd be pretty depressed and drained by this.

Preparing meals from a large menu in a lunch restaurant
If we're talking small restaurant with a lot of personal touch from the chef, I could enjoy this. If we're talking slinging hash in a cafeteria patronized by grumpy drones, not so much.

Building customized computers for game enthusiasts
I would probably like this, at least at first. I'd probably also be pretty darned good at it. It might eventually start to get old, though.

Finding buyers and sellers for apartments as real estate broker
Utterly laughable. I would hate this, but it wouldn't be a problem long, as I'd undoubtedly suck so bad at it that I'd be fired within days.

Helping people to apply for unemployment aid and managing their applications
I wouldn't care for this... it sounds like filling out forms all day, combined with customer service. I'd be seriously depressed by the red tape, and seriously annoyed by having to answer the same questions 25 times a day.

Preparing lithographic printing plates in a design art shop
Maybe... I don't know a lot about this, but if it were something unique, where I'd have at least some creative input, sure, sounds like fun. If we're talking just following a rote protocol to mass-produce stuff, I'd likely not enjoy it.

Helping people on exercise techniques and sport equipment at a gym
Strangely enough, I'd probably like this. It's people-oriented and varied, but not necessarily "social". Teaching people something that they want to learn and helping them get there is often a pretty enjoyable experience.

Okay, I guess.

Making house calls to the elderly as a registered nurse
Oh no. Couldn't do it.

Preparing meals from a large menu in a lunch restaurant
Maybe tolerable, but I'd be bad at it and screw something up.

Building customized computers for game enthusiasts
This sounds great.

Finding buyers and sellers for apartments as real estate broker
Sounds like it'd be fun if I could get the hang of selling.

Helping people to apply for unemployment aid and managing their applications
I'd be too bored and possibly frustrated.

Preparing lithographic printing plates in a design art shop
This would be cool.

Helping people on exercise techniques and sport equipment at a gym
Maybe. I'd be uncomfortable, though, and probably exhausted at the end of the day.

Fabricating metal parts with programmable machinery
As long as I got to both program and fabricate, I'd be fairly jazzed.

Making house calls to the elderly as a registered nurse
Weary.

Preparing meals from a large menu in a lunch restaurant
Could be promising, but I'd likely be tired from the hot kitchen.

Building customized computers for game enthusiasts
Fun! I'd be a bit jealous that I couldn't build one for myself, though.

Finding buyers and sellers for apartments as real estate broker
Very drained, and perhaps a bit guilty if I didn't really love the apartments.

Helping people to apply for unemployment aid and managing their applications
Frustrated and tired of all the paperwork.

Preparing lithographic printing plates in a design art shop
Excited! What time do I show up tomorrow?

Helping people on exercise techniques and sport equipment at a gym
Satisfied. Not only do I get to move around, but I'm helping others get healthier.

Fabricating metal parts with programmable machinery
Fabricating sounds pretty cool. Programming could be tedious. If it was very physical it may be too taxing for me. I think I might be tired in a good way. I love tangible results from my labor.

Making house calls to the elderly as a registered nurse
Tiring. I'd probably be very impatient and irritable. Old people bring that out in me...

Preparing meals from a large menu in a lunch restaurant
If I was like a sous chef, then it could be cool. I like to cook.
If this is fast-paced fast food work, then I would be terribly frazzled. I worked one day at Subway as a teen....it didn't work out....

Building customized computers for game enthusiasts
I am indifferent to this. If it involves sales, then I'd be awful, but not care about being awful.
It's probably too technical for me to be excited.

Finding buyers and sellers for apartments as real estate broker
Really exhausting, and I'm awful at sales.

Helping people to apply for unemployment aid and managing their applications
Dealing with the public is annoying, and paperwork is tedious and boring.

Preparing lithographic printing plates in a design art shop
This sounds pretty cool. I like to be where the design is, and it sounds nice and solitary.

Helping people on exercise techniques and sport equipment at a gym
A lot of interaction with people tires me. I don't particularly like to touch strange people either. I think I'd feel awkward and stupid.

Eh, not something I'd be good at. If I were allowed to program the parts, perhaps.

Making house calls to the elderly as a registered nurse
Someone would end up getting a buttload of morphine by the end of the day. Quite possibly me.

Preparing meals from a large menu in a lunch restaurant
Food poisoning waiting to happen.

Building customized computers for game enthusiasts
Could be interesting. Depends on how enthusiastic the enthusiasts are.

Finding buyers and sellers for apartments as real estate broker
Yeah, no.

Helping people to apply for unemployment aid and managing their applications
Tedious and repetitive. No thanks.

Preparing lithographic printing plates in a design art shop
Eh. Tolerable, I suppose.

Helping people on exercise techniques and sport equipment at a gym
Heh, they probably know the technique better than I would.
