    Default God, Guns and Grooming

The childhood victims of abuse are taught to love someone they fear.

Children are taught to love and fear God.
And two threads here are devoted to teaching the love of guns designed for one purpose.

    This is known as grooming.

But why should we be surprised to see that the abused become the abusers?

You think people have to be abused to appreciate weaponry? You don't think it's just a trait that's been selected for throughout the bloodiness of human anthropological history?

The comparison of loving and fearing an immortal being and the loving and fearing of a man-made object.. I don't think this makes sense.

Not everyone is christian. Even taking that for granted and saying for those who are Christian, it's not against Christianity to enjoy weaponry.

The only thing these two things have in common is that it's up to you whether to feel for them or not.

Where abuse comes into this, I have no idea. I suppose because your continued narrow-minded ways feel that one cannot love weaponry without be sadistic, an abuser, or have been abused in the past. I think this is an immature way of thinking. People have more responsibility in what they say and do than you allow here.

How about you make an actual point for once.

Instead of talking out your ass.

    Get off your high horse.

Actually shoot the horse when your done.

Cause we all know guns only have one purpose.

I live in Australia and make it sound like people actually care cause its such a magical land.

    Sarcasm.

Acting out childhood abuse here is irresponsible.

It means we are not taking responsibility for ourselves.

And we are pushing our responsibility off on someone else.

It becomes tragic when we push the responsibility for our feelings off onto our children.

Because then it becomes a never ending story of abuse.

It is our responsibility to end the cycle of abuse, now.

Throwing away guns won't end child abuse. Nor will hating them.

You don't seem to know when you are being abusive.

I guess this is because you live in an abusive environment, and so for you abuse seems normal.

    This is a tragedy.

And a tragedy we all have a responsibility to end.

A gun is an implied threat.

And a gun pointed at you is an explicit threat.

If a husband has a gun, it is an implied threat to the wife.

How do you think a wife feels when she gets into conflict with a husband with a gun?

How do you think children feel living in an environment where people need guns?

The fact is that children are afraid of people with guns.

And most important, no one listens to their feelings.

So their feelings must be buried under an ideology of guns.

Just look around you here. The gun ideology is repeated over and over again to cover up feelings of fear.

To make your children live in fear is simply child abuse.
