    Default What are the best exercise challenges to begin with?

    I am not at my BMI perfect yet, I think I have to lose a further two stone in fat, so I'm thinking what are the best exercise challenges to participate in at this point?

    I've got personal goals of 1000 sit ups, press ups, squats, that kind of thing but I'm not there yet.

    In the incoming month I want to go to the gym every single day of the month, even if its for a short time, say the half hour of the fat burning cycle on the cross trainer, and I'm going more frequently this month, or so goes the plan at this stage.

    I would figure out my BMR, run a caloric deficit for a month while adding the calisthenics to your everyday activities. Drink plenty of water.
