I think I'm finally getting back on the bike today.

Hopefully I don't embarrass myself to badly.

Snuck out yesterday for a quick 20 minutes on the bike.

This is the first time I've been back on the bike in a while.

I'm going to stick to an every other day schedule.

On my days off the bike, I'm doing push ups and sit ups.

Twisting 6 inch killers.

I'm going to get back on the weights as well.

At first I thought this thread was about disco and I was like "Yeeaaaah! Go Disco!"
Then I found out it was about DiscoBiscuit and....

I was still like "Yeeaaaah! Go Disco!"

Go Go Disco! You can do it!

Why thank you. :D

Shan't you try some form of HIIT?

That's something I would need to work up to.

Still getting in the swing of things again.

Got back to it and lifted again yesterday. Not as sore as after my first day back. Need to get after it a little bit more next time.

Was going to get on the bike for some cardio today, but the heavens opened and everything flooded.

Everyone at the office has been saying I looking thinner.

I weighed myself today, and I actually weigh 222 lbs.

I guess the things I've been doing have been paying off.

On another note, I had forgotten how much squats suck.

Been lifting a little and doing a lot of body weight stuff.

I've been crazy busy so I haven't been eating that well.

Doing a lot more pushups and body squats lately.

They've given me the best results I've had thus far.

Typically I just go until failure. Squats, when done to failure (even without any weight), will make for some sore ass legs the next day.

Is bike riding doing anything for you? I have been riding at least 11 miles a day outside for the past two weeks, and I haven't noticed any significant weight loss. I have 10 pounds to go and they aren't budging!

Yea it does a lot for me as long as I don't overdo it.

For me weight loss almost always comes down to diet, unless I'm training MMA, then it doesn't matter what I eat.

I bet you feel better now that you're doing some riding. You might not have lost any weight, but you are healthier.
