    Default Aquarelle's Goal Tracking

    Okay, I really like the idea of having my own separate tracking thread, to make things easier for me to remember/find what I've done and when!

    My goals:

    Exercise Challenge Goals:
    -Weight training at the gym 2x/week
    -At least 30 minutes of cardio 3x/week
    -Walk at least 50,000 steps per week (not including cardio workouts)
    -Track my nutrition at least 5 days/week
    Masquerading as a normal person day after day is exhausting.

    Walked 7,000 steps (about 3.5 miles)

    Thanks! I use Calorie Count for the tracker. It's free, and I love all its functions. The only thing I don't like is that their mobile app really sucks.

    Hahahahah! Fantastic. Actually, it was a bagel and pizza that were the problem.

    Good luck with reaching the goals!

    You mentioned pedometer in the challenge thread and it reminded me that I have one in my phone, so I've been using it ever since and it's really fun.
