I'll be posting it as an attachment (or linking it if it's too large a file), yes... after the end of today, once everyone has a chance to post their goals, I'll consolidate all the goals into one spot and set up a sheet to track it. It will be posted once a week, with updates for how everyone did the previous week.

I see. Somehow in reading the thread I misunderstood. Thank you I think that will be most useful.

Bonus cardio on Saturday, but sometimes that day gets away from me, so I'm just committed to 5 days a week for sure. Sunday is rest day.
I forgot to add, it's three weeks on, one week off.

The week off features no real strength training, just more cardio, yoga, and some core work.

Work outs will include 3 cardio-intense sessions, with or without weights, and two weights-only sessions.
Considering your goals, I'd switch that actually. 3 weight sessions, 2 cardio. The increase in muscle mass will come quicker and an increase in muscle mass means increased calorie burning at rest.

Actually anyone serious about losing weight should do strength/weight training. Cardio-only will get your heart and lungs fit, but won't do nearly as much for weight loss as adding strength training will.

Lifting weights also jacks up your metabolism for something like 36 hours while the body rebuilds muscle. If you work out again (ideally, a different body part) in that time frame it's almost like compounding the effect.

Wednesday has been pretty great so far, as it's an off day. RIGHT ON TRACK BABY.

The only thing that's slightly off track is my diet, still no power so I can't keep eggs/chicken/milk/beef/small children in the fridge and cook yet. Whole Foods is still out too so I can't make my 1 lb chicken salads. When I can get to Costco for the first time it's going to look like I'm preparing for a Lewis and Clark expedition. Fuckin' Irene.

    Went on a bike ride!

My legs are going to be so thin by the end of six months. And watch, that will be the only place I lose weight
