    Jim Morison isn't a 6
There can’t be any large-scale revolution until there’s a personal revolution, on an individual level. It’s got to happen inside first.

Why is he a 9? Have you ever read about some of the crazy shit that he does in his spare time? That guy is way to far out to be a core 9.

Nines can be pretty whimsical and in their heads. It comes with being a withdrawn type.

Was browsing the Stackemup list, and came across Robert De Niro and Chrissie Hynde as 4w5 and 4w3 examples, respectively. I used to think 4w3 for De Niro, but whatever. At least he's not an 8, which I saw him listed elsewhere and disagree with.

Also, I think people's impression of the 4 are that of a social variant 4 or some combination involving that (ie: so/sx or sx/so). This stacking is the more "outwardly expressive," imo. How a four deals with feelings is probably best exemplified here (@ around the 1:20 mark):

Charlotte Gainsbourg seems like a 4w5, and while she's sensitive, I wouldn't call it "wussy" sensitive. More like the good kind of sensitive that makes one artistic and empathetic.

In my opinion, as an extremely sensitive person, being sensitive does not make you a wuss at all, unless you are already a wuss. In fact, I think it makes me a very resilient, strong person because I feel so much all the time and still function.

    4s aren't overly sensitive, that's crazy talk.

Jane Eyre: assertive, self-contained, strongly passionate and firm, a true heroine. Enneagram 4w5.
