Sometimes the Four appears to be manical depressive. Because they have a crack at every emotion. They try to find out, what sadness feels like and what frenzy feels like. And if they try, the particular emotion is very real.

Sadness and happiness are at the ends of the same scale. If you don't know what true sadness is, how can you know what true happiness is? :)

Through this Fours become something special. And they are aware of that! They like being special and and they savor it gleefully.

Heh, of course an INFP 4 will just savor all of it internally and try to deflect all compliments despite the fact that we like to be appreciated

MJ in the Spider-man movies is a flaming example of ENFP 4. Just thought I’d mention it. Gotta get the posts in to end my “junior member” status on this board. I’m tired of being a nobody.
