It would be heaps easier when you look into the basic fears, sins and triads. 2's are optimists and 3's are more realists even with themselves. The average 2w3 may consider the 3w2 cynical. The 3w2 will still want some optimism as they have that 2 wing but the 2w3 is going to struggle greatly if they don't have the optimism.
