Default What type does this behavior reflect?

I watched a coworker get annoyed when he had to cut his lunch break short to help another coworker. He angrily threw his lunch into the trash in a big display.

What is the deal with people punishing themselves to make a point to others? Which enneatypes do you think are likely to react this way when frustrated or angry at others? MBTI, socionics insights also welcome.

Actually its not fair to pin this kind of behavior on any particular type, so when I wrote that it was half for my own entertainment. Truth is, I have an aversion to pigeon holing people.

Immature & passive aggressive does that. I don't think it's got anything to do with Enneagram or MBTI personally.
