Online, joining a personality forum, and self-reporting both enneatype and MBTI type.

Honestly, I don't know that many INFJ 1s.

I believe there are some here, but most INFJs here, who are actually INFJs, are 4s.

There are also a lot of real INFJs here who are 6s, and also good number of 5s.

All of these three e-types are more common here than INFJ e1s.

How can you be so sure that 4s, 5s and 6s are actually INFJs?

And because I've interacted with all of them, and all of their patterns resemble those of these types, not 1s.

Honestly, yeghor, you are the most frustrating person I've ever had to deal with who I didn't actually hate.

So you are saying that their interaction style matches with the enneagram type they self-reported? But does the description of their self-reported enneagram type match the demeanor of the INFJ type as it is described in MBTI or socionics (INFj not the INFp)?

    It doesn't FUCKING MATTER, YEGHOR!

    It CAN.

    THAT'S THE POINT.

When MBTI profile-writers were writing the INFJ profile, they weren't taking into account enneagram 4 INFJs, and enneagram 5 INFJs, and enneagram 6 INFJs, and enneagram 2 INFJs, and enneagram 9 INFJs, enneagram 3 INFJs, and enneagram 1 INFJs.

They wrote about an INFJ type that isn't necessarily any one of these, because it didn't make the distinction.

Most MBTI theorists know jack shit about the enneagram, and most enneagram theorists know jack shit about MBTI.

Naranjo's correlations and Riso & Hudson's correlations in their books are AWFUL.

And, if you actually know both systems well, this is CLEAR and OBVIOUS.

What would be much more interesting at this point, frankly, would be for people to START writing INFJ e4, and INFJ e5, and INFJ e6, etc profiles.

Because it's pretty much a moot point, at this point, amongst anyone who actually knows both systems, that they exist.

Trying to correlate one MBTI type to one enneagram type is fucking pointless, inane, and obviously flawed.

They work on completely different levels/aspects of our psychology.

    Ok.

I just noticed that last part.

    I'm done talking with you.

You are so self-obsessed, everything is so self-referential.

"But I'm not this way, so others can't be this way either" I'm over it.

"I'm an INFJ 1 so it's not possible that other INFJs are not e1s"....

I've been sensing this in you for a while now, and the above is the proof.

Because 4 and 5 doesn't have the superego strength that one would expect to find in INFJs... not so sure about 6... but I guess 6's insecurity is more related material domain (Te)...
