    Default Enneagram Mottos

Enneagram descriptions perpetuate false stereotypes, and given the importance of motivation in defining our purpose, I propose mottos as a method of clarification. Let's see where this goes.

Eg'd as a 3w4, I see myself as driven by curiosity about and confidence in my ability to bring to life my ideal self.

    6: Prepare for trouble.
    8: Make it double.
1: To protect the world from devastation.
2: To unite all people within our nation.
4: To denounce the evils of truth and love.

And that is why Pokemon has children for its target audience.

At least the children who watch it aren't lame.

    9 - Do I have to?
“There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old’s life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.”

The real measure of a man's wealth is what he has invested in eternity.

    @Chanaynay

I just wanted thoughtful or creative answers to my proposal, not more of the same. I know you can do better.

Let people have fun with it dude. Summing up an e-type in just one motto isn't going to totally clear up confusion about all of them since they're so complex. Although after being best friends with an ISFP 9w1 for 8 years I can say this one is about right:

1- I've seen perfection and I am going to show it to you all.
2- I love and care about everyone, I wish others would feel the same about me.
    3- I can do better!
    4- I won't pretend, I am uniqe and true...wait who am I?
    5- I will know everything!
    6- But...what if?
    7- I will enjoy everything!
8- I'll take care of everything.
9- Just a second...I promise I'll do it, but why should I hurry?

This sounded a lot more elegant in my head. Caricatures leave me hungry. @Stansmith gave more along the lines of what I was looking for; I assume it's applied to 6w7.
