    Bored at work again Feel the need to spin a few ideas around my head.

    • sexual: to primarily identify with significant others & intimacy
    • self-pres: to primarily identify with comfort & familiarity


    1. a need to be principled, rigid, "correct"
    • social: an attraction to principled, rigid, "correct" groups of people
    • sexual: an attraction to principled, rigid, "correct" relationships
    • self-pres: an attraction to principled, rigid, "correct" comfort


    2. a need to be connected, needed, valued
    • social: an attraction to connected, needed, valued groups of people
    • sexual: an attraction to connected, needed, valued relationships
    • self-pres: an attraction to connected, needed, valued comfort


    3. a need to be admired, accomplished, exemplary
    • social: an attraction to admired, accomplished, exemplary groups of people
    • sexual: an attraction to admired, accomplished, exemplary relationships
    • self-pres: an attraction to admired, accomplished, exemplary comfort


    4. a need to be special, unique, expressive
    • social: an attraction to special, unique, expressive groups of people
    • sexual: an attraction to special, unique, expressive relationships
    • self-pres: an attraction to special, unique, expressive comfort


    5. a need to be withdrawn, secretive, knowledgable

    In my opinion, this is as complex and insightful as it ought to be. If you make it more complex in an effort to explain everything about people, then you just end up confusing yourself.

    Ooh, I like this. I still can't decide for certain whether I'm sp/sx or sp/so, since I don't really seem to have either sx or so, but whatever. One of those instincts is bound to show up eventually.
