What do you guys think? Compatible? Do any of you have experience with this relationship pairing?

Could just kick myself for posting this, but I can't help it. I'm uber-excited :wubbie:

Anyone can be with anyone, if both are able and willing to be. You'll be fine. :)

Well, I know... but... is there anything I should immediately watch out for, particularly?

Not really. Like VagrantFarce said, anyone can be with anyone. It usually boils down to things like interests or goals that determine how others feel about each other. If you want to use the enneagram to determine compatibility, the best thing to use is the instinctual variants rather than the actual enneatypes. Generally speaking, people that want the same goals will work much better together even if their personality types seem to go together. A so 1 and so 7 will be better off, for example, because although both types are wildly different, they are both geared towards the social realm and can work together with each other in that domain as compared to a pairing such as a sp 1 and so 7, in which the sp 1 will most likely get irritated by the 7's desire to go out and have fun rather than staying and taking care of the home or the so 7 getting annoyed by the 1 being a stick in the mud with no desire for going out and having fun.
