Interesting how all your favorite musicians are the same type as you.

Those aren't all of my favorite musicians. Some of those I like, others I'm not terribly fond of or even familiar with.

None of them are as cool as you anyway. You make me wanna be a 4w3 more than anyone on that list.

Just ran across this about Stipe, which makes me think even more he is a 4, probably 4w3:

Michael Stipe *lives* in character. And he's a friend and I adore him but really...Wow, it's exhausting being him I'm sure.

P.S. - another 4 musician (probably 4w3?) is: Alanis Morisette.

they're definitely not 3w4s? especially enfj alanis? her brashness reminds me more of 3w4 brashness than 4w3 brashness, but again, i'm not sure if that means anything or is remotely accurate. and is michael stipe *certainly* an infp?

Possibly. Riso & Hudson list Morisette as a 4, so I'm inclined to stick with that analysis. Not sure about Stipe as I said, but I think he would have to be a type based arond aesthetics and a unique image/identity.

I think Robert Plant, Mick Jagger, Iggy Pop, Bono, Mozart, Barbra Streisand, Bette Midler, Chuck Berry, Weird Al Yankovic and Elton John are all 7s but not sure of the wing.
