Default What's the word for "pertaining to children"

Parental = Parent
Fraternal = Brother
Sororal = Sister
Neonatal = New baby
Juvenile or Puerile = Children

Puerile is technically correct but sounds wrong.

Well if you have
"Parental Guidance Recommended"

what would "Children Guidance Recommended" be?

Guided by a juvenile?

It depends on the intent - 'juvenile' can have negative connotations. If it's not intended to be a humorous but negative contrast, you might go for an antonym to 'adult' instead of 'parental,' like child, youth, or kid.
