Nary oft an engine is built what runs on cleaner fuel than Victor's. Upon examining the issue of lacking efficiency, one locates the problem in the transmission: Victor does not communicate conventionally.
Ergo, running his engine in a conventional vehicle is more taxing than effective, and as would follow, not done very often.
That is to say, he's ignored (or at best, misunderstood).

It's really too bad. He almost invariably has valuable sentiment.
Of course, with as esoteric a position as is his, you could expect seemingly-odd perspective, and, subsequently, unanticipated insight.
