Today it's friggin' 70 degrees. I hate this.

What I wouldn't give for random 70 degree days in the middle of winter!!

I went for a walk outside yesterday because it was so darn balmy and warm....in the upper 30's!!!!

I love the cold. By cold I mean a steady 30s and 40s. 70 is too hot...

The problem is NC weather - the old saying here is " If you don't like the weather, just wait a minute". I went to bed the other night, freezing cold, and woke up hot and groggy. I hate that. I don't mind the heat, I just don't adjust to the 30 degree temperature change in less than 24 hours. You'd think we were living in a Mid West state, with the crazy fluctuations we have sometimes.

Definitely. While I prefer the cold, I can live with warm weather it's just annoying, like you said, the dramatic over-night transitions.

the temperatures here changed from single digits to the high 50s in the past week!
