Trainee priest, amigo... different thing entirely. And as an Anglican, my celibacy thing is voluntary, not compulsory (but compulsory to me because I made a promise, if you get me). I can have partners of either gender or even get married if I like

And yes, American and European Christianity are completely different kettles of fish, amicus meus

*grr* I've written this out three times, but each time I accidentally click something else before I post it, and it's gone!

There's something so terrifically artistic about all three of those shots... especially the one with all the old bottles and jars in the kitchen! (And do I spot some 'Olde English Treacle Toffee'?)

And, of course, substitute, you look like a really nice guy!

Nice photo!

But.... I think someone did something really weird with the development process to get that roll of Kodak T400 to turn out as a positive image on film!

Well thank you... though I think it's been conclusively proven in threads that though I'm a Good Guy, I'm not a Nice Guy

The Olde English Treacle Toffee is a tin from 1904, and is full of porridge oats I've been collecting vintage tins for years, that one I found in my grandma's garage when I cleared out her house after she died. All the tins behind me are at least 50 years old. The jars and bottles are mostly modern, but I've had a policy of "no plastic" as much as possible in my home for years, so whenever I buy anything I go for glass, metal and ceramic wherever possible. The art behind me on the wall is my own stuff - most of the artwork in my apartment is mine. The German sign says "Achtung! Aufzug Außer Betrieb" which means "Warning! Lift/elevator out of order" and I found that one, along with a "Achtung! Hochspannung!" one in my dad's garage along with a bunch of shell casings and other stuff from when he was in the army.

But... enough about me...

When I signed up for MBTIc, I didn't have any nickname in mind, so when it asked me for one I just typed the title of the song I was listening to at the time
