Contrive a healthcare industry acronym for "CFI"
I'm a developer at a studio that produces serious games. We're working on a game to train certified nursing assistants working in a long-term care facility (i.e., nursing home). And no, there's nothing quite as rewarding as writing a collision avoidance pathfinding algorithm for an entity pushing an old person in a wheelchair.
Anyway, we want to call our fictional facility "CFI Care", but we need to contrive "CFI" as an acronym for something. And I thought, Hey, what better place to collect satirical acronyms than a cesspool of relentlessly cynical INTPs? But then my altruistic shadow function kicked in (despite my best attempts to suppress it). I thought, Y'know, that site is already blessed with an abundance of caustic cynicism. I need to spread the joy to those less fortunate (i.e., you sappy lot), and cultivate more of that precious cynicism here. Have at it.
