The Sneeze is an eye-poppingly strange mixture of fiction and non-fiction documentary made for the discriminating late-19th-century movie-going-audience. Producer-Director Thomas A. Edison's talent for colliding violent drama with vast restraint shows through the obvious lack of a single snot-wad while managing to stretch the mucous membranes of actor Fred Ott to their uttermost limit. A soon-to-be viral sensation which will blow through the Interwebz, I give The Sneeze four out of four God Bless You's!
