I was trying to decide if I should go to the theatre for Chef, I ended up not going as the plot seems one-dimensional, "everything works out in the end" kind of feeling-good drama comedy. Boring.

Harry Potter movies.
Really? I never continued after The Prisoner of Azkaban and plan to :frown: Should I still?!

That's up to you. I personally just don't see what's the big deal about it. I have a friend who just loves Space Odyssey, which had boring classical music and a nonsense ending. I just don't get it.

Family Guy

shows I like that other people roll their eyes at:
Buffy the Vampire Slayer (Joss Whedon & Co. were great at writing complex, dynamic characters. I think the tongue-in-cheek cheesiness of this show is just the surface.)
Angel

buffy and angel are both good shows btw. I don't care what anyone says. of course buffy came out when i was in 5th or 6th grade and ended i think 1st or 2nd year of college for me so i basically grew up on it. so might be why i like it. but also I did grow up on Charmed as well and re watched a few eps and it really wasn't that good.

I have a list the size of Uranus on movies/shows I dislike. Unfortunately, I totally understand why people enjoy stuff I don't, such as the big bang theory, where some [pretentious] viewers can feel smart about jokes that may need some knowledge to get.

Personally, I've never been a big fan of cheesy humor. It's always struck me as trying too hard to be something you're not (funny). So Josh Whedon shows have always been off my radar. I don't have anything against them. I guess this is where my FI is at it's most rigid stance. Ironically, I had an INFP friend that is a huge Buffy fan.

Anything that strikes me as unironically melodramatic, with a few exceptions.

I find Tarantino to be consistently underwhelming. :bored:

The Walking Dead.

Please, zombies stopped being cool like 3 Resident Evils ago. Also, making plans for a zombie invasion is totally silly, and I don't mean the good kind of silly.

The Hobbit

It's the kind of movie that tries to create tension but fails because you know every one is gonna be fine at the end of the day.

Star Wars

Movies in outer space are usually boring, the only exception was 'Gravity'.

Lots of folks around me are gaga over Walking Dead. I haven't felt the motivation to even give the pilot a chance yet.

Movies that take place in outer space.. :rly???: my favorites are Moon and Sunshine, apparently not that many.

You missed the point of the movie. It's all about giving fangirls a chance to drool over hot dwarves, ya know? :D

YES

Grey's Anatomy is also one of those for me (but I stopped after a few episodes into season 9).
