yeah, now I need to rewatch some scenes.
Found it by accident. I stream what seems to be AVI's, and I noticed when I went to click off during the credits there was too much time left, and then caught a flicker of an image later, so I unpaused and kept watching.

Then was dumbfounded. I feel so snookered.

    Scenes to watch:
    - Some of the stuff from first season.
    - the scene where bedelia visits Will.
    - when hannibal goes to bedelia's place but doesn't find her.
    - bedelia's interrogation. <-- big one

My impression is that Bedelia knew what hannibal was last season, that she is most aware of the truths in the series, but she is also enticed/enmeshed in some way and can't extract herself.

That's my thinking as well. She's afraid of him but probably thinks she's safer with him than against him. I saw her turning down the champagne as a refusal to celebrate with Hannibal, a subtle holding back.

Someone commenting on AVClub put it well- when else would she have the opportunity to observe the most fascinating human alive in his element? But I also think there's an element of fear there too.

    This makes sense.

My question is, what was Hannibal going to do if Will's story was true? (him killing Freddie, and so forth)

Was he really going to turn himself in, give Abigail to Will?

I think his plan was to kill Jack and then leave with Abigail and Will.

I know, that was the largest crack-up for me. I don't think I'd heard his normal speaking voice until now.

Me neither, until recently- I had seen him on The Big C before this and he seemed natural in his American accent then too.

As an aside, I find him painfully attractive.

Oh my gosh, that was weird, seeing Hannibal slouching and wearing sneakers that don't even match his outfit. I've never seen Mads Mikkelson in anything else, so basically he's Hannibal to me.
