I listen to a lot of black metal, but I find that song incredibly boring.

What do you think of unblack metal?

I don't really see it as any different overall than any other black metal. It is a much smaller 'scene,' so at first glance it can seem like most of them suck (there are countless crappy regular black metal bands though), but there are a decent amount of good ones, like that Horde album I posted. It's the first (and still one of the best) unblack metal, and in some ways I find it better than even early Darkthrone (the closest comparison in terms of sound and when it was released). Lyrics don't matter to me; some of those bands use pretty cheesy lyrics, but they are no more ridiculous than the lyrics most Satanic black metal bands use.
