My room mate's christmas music *screams* Please make it stop, make the torture stop!! I use to like christmas music, but now for some reason can't stand it.

Cruel and unusual punishment. You hate it now because they play it FIVE MONTHS in advance of the season. (Ok, no, that's why *I* hate it....)

Oh No -- Shivaree -- a love song I can appreciate.

"Oh No"

I think I love you
I think I love you
I think I love you
Oh no, oh no, oh no
Oh no, oh oh no

I think I want you
I think I want you
I think I want you
Oh no, oh no, oh oh
No, oh oh no, oh no
Oh no, oh no

I think I'll wreck you
I think I'll wreck you
I think I'll break you in two
Oh no, oh no, oh no
Oh no, oh oh no
Oh no, oh no

I think I'll eat you
I think I'll eat you
I think I'll eat you alive
Oh no, oh no, oh no
Oh no, oh oh no
Oh no, oh no ...

Mozart's 2nd aria from Die Zauberflote... the Queen of the Night aria.

Also, the first movement of his Symphony in G Minor (No. 40, I think it is).

Grand stuff.

I am now dedicating "Body Movin'..." by the Beasties to Oberon. Tell me, party people. Is that so wrong? :D

Because of THIS thread, I'm dragging out my Apocalyptica, again.

Godsmack: mistakes

No, I don't feel a thing. Life's going by me. But still I say, Oh God! I'm making the same mistakes. Low? I'm on empty. Try to erase all the bad times. Free? I don't seem to be. My soul remains tied to your life. Every breath you breathe deep, I feel you circulating through me. I'll never forgive myself again. I'm so sick and tired of making the same mistakes. God help me.

Stray Cat Strut- the stray cats ;)

Oooh!

Then you'll like what I'm listening to: Southern Culture on the Skids playing "Daddy was a Preacher, Mama was a Go-Go Girl." I think that's off the Dirt Track Date CD; I got it off Napster.

If you like rockabilly revival, SCOTS is worth a listen.

I would LOVE to get my hands on SCOTS. I loved their "mojo box" song and a few others that get played on WKNC, but I haven't got any of their stuff. Regrettable.
