A blue-eyed Freddie did not work for me. Furthermore, Malek couldn't capture Freddie's intensity no matter how hard he tried.

No, Malek did not touch nor capture Freddie Mercury’s charisma or stage presence. However, I do think the movie on the whole was an accurate depiction of historical events and told the story adequately 🙂
