And here we go. I’ve got my Germany T-shirt on and my best “if you bother me with something trivial I will fucking kill you” scowl on my face.

Looked a little too easy that half. Schweinsteiger on both goals had nobody near him on the service to Gomez.

We had it coming. Deserved win for Germany.

The dutch team ran back way too much, it's pretty sad too, seems a psychology issue to me. Liek after the dutch scored the goal, for a minute it seemed the dutch team had its fighting spirit back, but didn't last very long. The dutch players might be good technical players, but they seriously lack spirit if you ask me. Spoiled rich brats that are afraid to get tired, the lot of them.

And yay, no more orange everywhere I go!

(Unless Denmark loses and the dutch wins with a good goal saldo in the third bout. But I don't think that will happen. And even if it does, I doubt they would win the round after that the way they are playing at the moment. :p )

I don't get what was so great about stealing the ball from the ballboy.

Italy-1. Whatever.

What I've always liked about the Croatian side is their aggression to the ball.

Draw 1-1.

Second halfs usually always belong to Croatia.

I hate how in soccer there are so few highlights because they have way too many players all playing on the same oversized fieled, and if they reduced the amount of players on the field as well as the field size, the game would move faster, have a lot more goals, and be overall a lot more exciting!

The game can be played faster...it's just in the modern era there has been an emphasis on possesion.

Watch Brazil around 2002..Arsenal around the same time...Italy in the late 90s.

The amount of goals per game is good...it makes each one more important. As an underdog...if you score one you have a legit chance to win the game....which is why people go crazy when a team scores. If teams were going out there and scoring 6 or 7....then scoring one wouldn't really be a big deal.

The best match in the tournament so far - England Vs Sweden. It was so exciting!

The 3rd English goal was bit of a fluke wasn't it? I don't believe he intended to use the back side of the heel. But the pass was a classic.

Ah, football!
