Mood and diet.

Key points: follow a Mediterranean style diet, avoid processed and fried foods, stay hydrated, take a probiotic and prebiotic, eat fermented foods, get enough exercise.

I don't have Hulu anymore.

Yeah, I don’t technically have a Hulu acct either— just share roommate’s acct (which is her sister’s acct). Before that, I just foraged on YouTube for old shows like that. Putlocker & watchseries can have full episodes of certain shows, but a lot of pop-ups.

Finished season 6 of the Outer Limits. They went all out for the season finale. This one had Charlton Heston, Robert Loggia, and Amanda Plummer in an episode written by George RR Martin. Not only that, but this two parter episode is a continuation of the time-traveling vigilante episode with Michelle Forbes - the best episode of the entire series.

I attempted to watch How to Get Away with Murder.

I genuinely do not understand how anyone could be entertained by this phony theatrical garbage.

Rewatching the 1st season of Shameless [US]. Man, it had such a good soundtrack. Better writing, too.

Aliens 30th Anniversary edition. I finally sat down the other night and watched the special edition. Honestly, I find showing Newt’s family and a slice of the colonists lives pre-infestation detracted from the experience. I’m glad it didn’t make it into the theatrical cut I first saw in 1986. Letting the audience wonder at what life was like on LV-426 before the xenomorphs seems more impactful as it allowed our imaginations to fill in some of those details during the rare moments of calm in the film. Also I think it made finding Newt as a frightened but resilient survivor a more powerful moment.

Joe Rogan Experience with David Blaine. I've always looked up to Blaine's mind over matter approach and used to practice holding my breath in the tub as a small child to try to get to a minute (I can do 3 minutes now but that's honestly not shit).

Watching this documentary series on Netflix:

I just finished the first episode, which mostly covered Atari, and of course, the E.T. game being its downfall.
I’m probably one of the few people who actually own that thing. It really is terrible.

Watched the first episode of "Real People" on Tubi. It still holds up. The first episode was very well done. This early 80s show did stories on interesting people around the country. They should bring it back.
