I haven't caught up but so far this season is pretty turrble.

I'm trying to think of another show that squandered such great momentum from its first season. I think they would have been better off combining books 2 and 3 into a single 12-15 episode season.

If there's anything to look forward to though, it's that the next episode was written by Martin himself, so it will be interesting to see how that plays out. In the books, a large portion of next episode is learned after the fact, and indirectly, so perhaps it's Martin taking charge and filling in the other side of the story?

Great. I'll now read all your posts in his voice. Back to you Kenny!

I was not aware of this. I like.
I like to rock n' roll all night and *part* of every day. I usually have errands... I can only rock from like 1-3.

    I loved last nights episode.

Maisie Williams performance as Arya continues to be towering.

The scene between Tyrion and Cersei floored me. Dinklage deserves another Emmy for that scene alone.

I don't think this season is bad, though I do think the first was better as of right now. Granted, I also saw the first season before reading the books. I'm not sure what someone who's read nothing would think of this season.

None of the changes in last night's episode particularly irked me. Lots of romantic scenes last night, the likes of which are very sparse in the novels. I didn't mind them, per se, and some of them were clearly to remind the audience about minor, but important details.
