    Pretty cliche, but I absolutely love Chopin's Op. 9 No. 2. Absolutely fantastic.

    If you like Satie, then also try Germaine Tailleferre, Arthur Honegger, Philip Glass, and Arvo Part. These represent a variety of styles, but understatement and expressiveness is part of their core.
