I know this is a nostalgia thread, but if I were a child or a parent today, I would be all about Yo Gabba Gabba! :wubbie:

Oh yeah, Pirates of Darkwater, Darkwing Duck and TaleSpin. My buddy and I pooled our money together and bought Microsoft Flight Simulator. We'd modem each other and dogfight in a handbuilt version of that bay they'd fly into with the giant cliffs.

I must have a long TV memory. I do remember the parents turning off the TV on 'a very special episode' of Facts of Life, and trying to get home to watch the Jackson 5cartoon.. jeez, I was like in 1st grade then.

Scooby Doo, Johhny Quest, Flintstones, The Smurfs, Schoolhouse Rock (even though it was a real show), Pink Panther, Bugs Bunny/Loony Toons, Popeye (you can't tell me he wasn't cursing under his breath)
Dukes of Hazard (which was funny to me as a Southerner), Dallas
Zoom, Electric Company, Sesame Street
The Cosbys
Sanford and Son
The Carol Burnett Show
MTV

I can't remember a lot of them now. Even then, I was more prone to listening to music and/or reading instead of watching TV.
