    Smile

We are all trained to watch others dance. We are trained to watch dance as a performance. So no wonder we think of dance as a performance for others.

But the secret is that we can dance for joy.

We have two choices. We can feel joy and dance. Or we can dance and feel joy.

And we can dance to anything. We dance to a tree. Or we can dance to our inner feelings. Or we can dance to another person.

Dancing is free and we only need to free ourselves from our fixation with performance and dance for its own sake.

If we put aside a half an hour every second day to dance just for ourselves, our lives are transformed.

We can feel joy and not dance, too.

    Smile Dancing in my imagination.

This is true. However I have an interesting habit and that is dancing in my imagination.

As I walk along the street I imagine I am dancing on the bonnets of moving cars or up among the tree tops, or I imagine I am dancing in and out of the people on the pavement.

It invariably gets me high, although I have to take special care in crossing the road.

So here I am dancing all over the place and no one can see me. It's magic.

    Depends on the dancing.

I'd say I'm quite the Irish dancer, plus I'm pretty good at rubbing my genitalia to someone else's genitalia in rhythm with loud music in a crowded space, too.

Yes, I love to dance so much . And I love dance music.

for those who want to, but feel shy, remember: just let your mind go and your body will follow.

Yes! Dance like no ones watching!

Sometimes when Im feeling out of place, uncomfortable, or feeling down I just lose myself in the music and kinda get hypnotized by it and become one with the music...all my worries and uncomfortableness magically disappears . I call it bass therapy .
