I am jonesing on this song today: YouTube - Heart - Dog & Butterfly (Live)

If you love Heart, this will send you back in time on a light breeze.

If you've never heard of Heart, let this be your introduction.

If you are in the mood for a cathartic dirge, try this:

YouTube - Beck - Nobody's Fault But My Own

I listen to anything with nice rhythm and melody, rap is fine, only if the rap makes sense or it's not all gibberish rap from beginning to end, e.g where is the love by black eyed pea, one of the only rap songs that i don't find unbearable. I listen to mostly indie, alternative and rock.

Rilo Kiley, Coldplay, Voxtrot, The Cab, Boys Like Girls, Corrinne May (slow ambient pop, good for insomniacs, I love this album when I feel sleepy but can't sleep), The Strokes, Within Temptation, Imogen Heap, Fiest, Paramore, Train, This Providence, Stars, Skillet, Relient K, advantage Lucy, BoA, xoxo Panda (korean indie) etc.

That is maybe my favorite Beck song, and kind of an odd one for him until Sea Change came out.

These are all albums I love as well. I'm not a metalhead per se, but I enjoy a lot of the more mainstream metal. Not much of a fan of Slayer or Pantera or the harder stuff. Have you heard a new band called Five Finger Death Punch? They're pretty good.
Everybody have fun tonight. Everybody Wang Chung tonight.
