Ghana had better position play, and USA lacks some speed in offensive combinations. Other than that they have a fairly good team,Did well to get in the last 16.

I was hoping Australia could manage something, though the circumstances were against them I suppose, good effort though.

And I am astonished Slovakia are in the top 16, which is good, though unrealistic they can progress more unless they get lucky or something. I read an article where an octopus predicted Germany might pip it, and what kind of crack is England on.

When I listen to the radio or watch TV, it seems like every single goal the commentator says, "That should never happen at this level."

If none of the goals being scored should happen at this level, then what should happen at this level? I mean, a goal has to be scored somehow right?

1 goal in 90 minutes and it shouldn't have happened.

2-0 Germany. That should never happen at this level. Maybe all the teams should just stay in their respective locker rooms and then we wouldn't have anything happening that shouldn't be.

Our commentator is so much fun. Such childish enthusiasm, such biased reporting I haven't seen in a long time.

Another goal!

Should be 2-2 but, alas, it's not. This simply should not have happened.

Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh unfair. I feel sorry for the english fans. They surely deserve the 2nd goal.

FIFA, this is the 21st century. It's high time you start using technology. Basic....

Jesus, if I were English, I'd want to declare war to Germany. Now.

They should declare war on their own defensive backs first. Then the linesman.

But yeah that was cheap. Should be 2-2. I hope Germany scores again so there are minimal "what ifs" going forward.

Alright Germany!

Awesome. Now that silly goal decision for England won't matter a single bit.

I put my money on Deutschland quite a while ago when the odds were still good.

The best team in the history of the world cup has been eliminated! What non-sense is this!? Surely the problem can be fixed, we've got to raise hell in the media and write 234905890404845889054545358905890589589058905890589049490590590890 articles per day in an effort to find someone to blame. The English have to sack their coach, then another one, then another one, then another and another one which will surely lead the team to the reward it richly deserve in the EURO championship. Oh and lets remember, although we will be looking for any opportunity to blame any member of the team or the coaching staff, the team is not at fault for losing, the referee is. After all, if the second goal was to count, isn't it absolutely certain that England would have won the game?
