    Integrity was the best, but it still didn't hit the spot.

    Edit: Good news. I looked up synonyms for "uprightness," but only for an entry for "upright." "Erect" popped up as one of the choices, and after transforming it into a noun, believe I have located the mot juste:

    It was more a request for evidence, but historically, the Nobel prize is not given to tyrants and frauds. It's not proof that the Dalai Lama is a noble person, but it's an indication that, at the very least, creates a presumption of moral erection.

    Did you mean moral erectness in which case rectitude from Disregard would make the most sense.
