    Default World Series!

Phillies vs. Yankees. Philadelphia vs. New York. Killer offensive lineup and up-and-down pitching vs. . . killer offensive lineup and up-and-down pitching. What do we think here?

They won one game out of five in the NLCS, and they won it by one run. They deserve to be home right now.

I don't care what happens as long as the Yankees lose.
"We grow up thinking that beliefs are something to be proud of, but they're really nothing but opinions one refuses to reconsider. Beliefs are easy. The stronger your beliefs are, the less open you are to growth and wisdom, because "strength of belief" is only the intensity with which you resist questioning yourself. As soon as you are proud of a belief, as soon as you think it adds something to who you are, then you've made it a part of your ego."

And a good portion of America would back you up there.

The Phillies were the better team.

The SP's were just much better. Even the relief pitching, Philies had the edge too.

Phillies and NY Mets have both lured away Dodger players with better offers, who proved to be crucial in later wins against the Dodgers.

Colletti, is just not aggressive or smart enough to make such moves. And the McCourts are cheapskates and kinda weird. It would have been nice to pick off Hamels or Victorino though. I think Victornio is the Phillies spark and heart, pickin him off would guarantee Dodger's take them next year.
