I played halfway through before one of my contributors took the lead and reviewed the title instead.
Very enjoyable. Considering the level of gore and horror, Dead Space is a thinking man's shooter for an aesthete, to boot. The sounds, the look, the talent -- well done.

It was decent. Nothing very innovative, and the horror was the cheesy omg-zombie-thing-jumping-out-of-nowhere!!! Though I did enjoy watching a youtube video of all the different ways the character can die, and that tenticle thing that tries to drag you into a hole to oblivion.
