Okay, so yeah... I am obsessed with this show. It's so character-driven, I always find myself trying to figure out the personality types of all of them. The only one I'm pretty sure about, is Pam is an ISFP. She reminds me so much of my ISFP cousin.

But what about Michael? ENFJ maybe? Definitely some kind of ExFx... Jim? Dwight? ...Creed (My favorite )?

I often get an inconsistent read on Jim Halpert.

Sometimes, I think he's the IxFP 'ethicist' to Michael's boneheaded managerial moves. Other moments have him discernibly xNTP: especially when dealing with Ryan Howard's aggressive supervisory tactics. Yet, his prank war with Dwight seems indicative of 'concrete cleverness' than an ISTP might similarly adopt.

Yeah, I can definitely see that. He's a tough one to figure out.

About Pam, though... are we sure she's not an Artisan? I say that because 1) she loves graphic design, drawing, etc and 2) In that episode "The Dream Team" not too long ago (the one after Pam decided to quit and go with Michael), at the end, she freaks out about her tendency to feel impulsive sometimes ("I should have gotten a tiny tattoo on my ankle!" and "I keep getting bored... and I just let it build up, and build up, and then I do something big")

That is definitely something an SP suffers from.

Lol.. and yeah... Meredith does strike me as an ESTP. Hilarious! Reminds me of one of my friends who is similar, but um.. slightly less alcoholic
