Several of the main characters? Let's not get ahead of ourselves here. The only one I can think of as a potential is Roz.

The first few seasons were killer funny with the interaction between Miles and Frasier. They were like two cats caught doing silly things, where they would snip back at each other with a similar false dignity.

    This one was on tonight
YouTube - Frasier Heres Looking At You Part 1
YouTube - Frasier Heres Looking At You Part 2
YouTube - Frasier Heres Looking At You Part 3

    Patrice: D’goo y’goo sp’geak g-sp’geak?
Niles: Oh Lord, I was afraid of this.
    Martin: What?
    Patrice: [slower:] D’goo y’goo sp’geak g-sp’geak?
Martin: [worried:] Niles, I think she's having a stroke or something.
Niles: No, no Dad. It's just G-speak.
    Martin: Come again?

Murphy Brown: What is it with us? Why can't we take the easy road once in awhile?
Avery Brown: Because it's boring and dishonest and uncomfortable, like wearing a pair of shoes all day that pinch your feet.
