I agree.....don't like either and I don't see the connection.

    A happy INFP song:
    The Lovecats - The Cure
YouTube - the cure - lovecats

    A more melancholy INFP song:
    Radio Dept. - Pet Grief
The Radio Dept. - Pet Grief - Free MP3 Stream on IMEEM Music

    Edit:
Oooh...and another very INFP song (maybe for all idealists):

Richard Hawley - Tonight the Streets Are Ours:
Richard Hawley - Tonight The Streets Are Ours (Video)

"Don't let fear of feeling fool you
What you see sets you apart"
Often a star was waiting for you to notice it. A wave rolled toward you out of the distant past, or as you walked under an open window, a violin yielded itself to your hearing. All this was mission. But could you accomplish it? (Rilke)

michael jackson's scream wouldn't be totally wrong for me (NiFe)

    YouTube - michael jackson scream,HD

(albeit slightly embarrassing, but if you are like me, you had to stopped caring about that)

otherwise anything slow and grinding from NIN (ie from "the fragile" Album, we are in this together) or marylin manson (long hard road out of hell, reflecting god, cryptochild. i m not attached to your world: nothing heals and nothing grows in a big white world), or TOOL/aenima. but not the hard drumming techno stuff like "NIN/with teeth". leave that for the entp.

(being german, i don't pay too close attention to lyrics)

also anything from Cranes is just neat enough for the welcoming/longing side of my Fe.

yes, that is not a bad choice for NiFe. i hate the beatles btw. and i liked enigma and vangelis when i was much junger, so i guess thats and okay choice. but if you want to send me to church, i would rather go with david hykes

    but isnt shirley manson entj?

i would actually proclaim that sigur ros is like the BEST choice for FiNE.

    discuss, please.

as interesting and sympathetic as I (not FiNe) find sigur ros, i just can't bear it for longer than 3 minutes. thats how i feel about Fi generally. so it seems to be good for differential diagnosis.
