Do you practice any martial arts? Have you in the past? If so, tell us what style and how it changed your life.

I've been taking Kung Fu for about a year now, and I can tell a huge difference in how 'centered' I feel. My confidence has increased, I feel happier and less stressed. It has become a part of my daily life and I can't imagine ever cutting it from my life.

I DO find that I'm more alert to potential dangers though, which has found me a few times answering my door with a steel pipe in my hand or taking other measures that I would not have taken before. I can't decide it this is good or bad. :rolli:

Jiu Jitsu when I was younger. My mom made me (young girl out alone etc) It does help improve your confidence. I'd love to take up Kung Fu, but can't find a good Doko around here

I took Kung fu for several years. Where I live now there aren't any teachers I would want to learn from or the cost is way too high. I do miss it though.

Yes. I take a form of Wudan Kung Fu. It gives me great joy and I approach as Art, a painting. It has made me even more aware of the energy in every living being.

I used to! I got a first-degree black belt in Taekwondo, and then decided to pursue singing. Yup.

I took karate for years when I was younger, and have developed many thoughts about form and technique since, though I cannot say how applicable they are in real world scenarios.

I'd like to do further study into the subject. Right body, right mind.
