Putting it all into context though, an INFP is not as materialistic as an ENTJ and an INFP with a low income is most likely to be happier about their income than an ENTJ with an average income.

True.

But this is also why INFPs are matched with ENTJs romantically :D .

The narrow data range ($23K) also seems off, and there are issues with the methodology, or at least the analysis, some of which are mentioned in the comments.

Even stranger than that, if you follow the link to http://careerassessmentsite.com/ and scroll down to the bottom of the graphics, you will see that one of the sources listed is Typologycentral.com! So, are they getting their questionable data partly from us??

+1

LOL @ the full-circle regarding the bolded.

Well...recognizing you're part of the problem is the first step to improving issues like these I guess.

I was thinking the same thing. Also, I am curious why all the sources listed are websites.

The strange lack of diversity in income averages could come from type essentially being irrelevant and having averages fall around the national average.

But we don't have a good idea of the distributions.

One observation about what is presented is that directives make more than informatives (except enfps, infjs)

Just in case...

Dear everybody reading this,

All ENFPs are socialists and so decry income inequality anyway. All IxFPs are poor. All ENTJs are CEOs. All ISTJs are accountants and therefore know how to manage their money, regardless of how much they make. ESTPs blow all of their cash, regardless of how much they make.

And then they save millions upon millions of dollars in their World Domination Fund... just in case the need arises.
