    I have as well. This can go only so far, since all becomes plain at the interview stage, and if a candidate attended a women's school or HBCU, etc. that will show up in a resume, but at least it is a start.

    The article is really dishartening. Call me idealistic, but I would have really thougth that we were past that age.
