How about speech pathologist? It involves language, not much science, requires perception and intuition, the schooling is very moderate, and the job is in high demand. You meet with children, listen to the way they talk, diagnose problems, and create speech therapies for them.

University is supposed to expose you to things you're unfamiliar with. Realistically, the career possibilities you are aware of are either (a) the stuff all your friends' parents do, (b) the stuff glamourized by mainstream media (c) teaching/law/medicine/business/engineer.

The world is made of far more possibilities than that, but you won't be able to see most of them until you're wandering around in an education setting or IRL.

Test the waters in courses that interest you. Declare your major at the end of the second year(ish).
